Established by Oregonian Margo Custer Ford in 1959, we are proud that our founder was able to accomplish success even though there were many gender-related challenges confronting her.
Currently owned by the founder’s daughter Nancy Gudekunst since the mid-1990’s, MARCO Ideas Unlimited is now preparing the third generation of our family for future ownership. For more on our family business's history, see Our Heritage Page.
Nancy achieved her Master Advertising Specialist (MAS) certification in 1996 after attaining PPAI requirements for continuing education and years of experience. Her son, Tom, earned his Certified Advertising Specialist (CAS) certification in 2012. Both continue to learn about everything from technology to product safety through industry education events every year.
After a client asked us to become Airport Certified, we happily obliged and our growing list of certifications now includes DBE. While these certifications do not define us, they may help you to meet your diversification goals. MARCO Ideas Unlimited’s team is also proud to employ US military service veterans.
